Is it possible to change the standing order upon maturity through UOB online banking? I tried to change mine from rollover to withdraw and deposit to savings account but it states cannot be done. There is such option at the menu though.

One thing I don't understand is, my RM gives me a different figure for FD promo:

Dec Promo:
6m 3.90%
15m 4%
12m 4.1% (100% fresh fund)

This happens for many months already (by comparing notes with you guys here). Always a lower interest %

Thanks for the correction. The staff asked if I have an Islamic account, she must be referring to the FD account instead of CASA.

Should be applicable to all as I simply asked what is the current promo.

Hmm, make a joint FD account with them is one of the way

Renewed FD at BR today, 12m 3.95%

Let's just say my old folks still want to keep some fund with BR, lazy to argue.
They went to the bank, so I am not sure if it is is a promo or board rate.
Was prepared to renew at 3.70% so I take it as a 'bonus'

4.30% is promo rate
