Other details:

Includes Titanfall 2 Deluxe Edition
• Titanfall 2 Vanguard Pilot Helmet Replica: The iconic Titanfall Pilot helmet has been brought to life in this 1:1 full scale replica. Featuring mixed material elements, the helmet includes a battery operated blue light-up translucent faceplate, blue status/task light, functional tactical ARC rail system/an adjustable interior head strap and display stand. Tactical Helmet Accessories: A tactical spotlight and targeting laser sight. These two battery operated helmet accessories are designed to be mounted on the ARC rail system of the helmet. Independently operated, the functional mounted spotlight will light up the night and the simulated laser sight features a super-bright non-projected red LED.

• Pilot SRS Field Journal: An essential accessory for every Pilot, the field journal is 3” x 4.5” and features an aluminum case, pen and Vanguard Squad logo.

• Squad Morale Patches and Vanguard Shemagh Scarf: Proudly display your squad affiliation with two morale patches, Macallan’s Marauders and Ion, with male Velcro-style hook backing to secure onto loop patches of helmets, uniforms, tactical vests, and backpacks. The Vanguard Shemagh Scarf is designed to protect a Pilot’s head and neck from the sun and blowing sand of harsh alien environments. The Vanguard Scarf measures 42” x 42” and features an original custom designed Titanfall pattern, making it an essential multi-use travel tool for every Pilot in your squad.

Hi Mgsrulz. Thanks for your suggestion. We would prefer and recommend them to repost the items here themselves if possible. As this is an thread exclusively only PlayStation Collector's Edition. There might be potential errors if we re-quote massively from all console's section which includes platforms like Xbox etc.

Also, all real item photos are individually owned. Best we let the members post themselves on a voluntary basic. thumbsup.gif

which is why I love these limited pieces. They're not mass produced and spare no expense in portraying the most minute details. Most CEs I see these days are molded and mass produced. Not interested in those. Even if they are hand painted, the "hand job" smears or not as finessed as the more limited ones. I used to collect almost every of CEs under the sun, I've just sold them after not entirely satisfied with their details. Collector Editions needs to be exclusive and limited in numbers to get back to the glory days of good collectible items. Nowadays, even if they're called "CE" or "LE", they're arent exactly limited or collectible enough because they're produced in high numbers. Some may like them as they're priced lower to be afforded by the general public, but it comes with a price (pun intended): the build quality isn't up to par and doesn't hold a candle and when viewed up close. The adage "You get what you paid for" holds true in this case.

Since the first. The second one is even better since they're fleshed out the single player campaign: the most important part of the game. Not the online experience. I don't care for online experiences. They're dead once they pull the plug on the servers. Plus, I dont have time to entertain millennials with their potty mouths in chat or in online these days anyway. Prefer a more personal experience than online shouting matches.

Let's stop here. This is after all your thread for the Collector Editions.

I agree with you bro. And i can totally relate to what you said.

I once collect before some collectors edition, and i think most of us have been disappointed with the quality finishing of the CE. I mean, paying RM400 to RM1,000 and above for a CE just to find it not as per description photo, is bit disheartening. Some was figurine finishing quality is a bit below expectation, some gadget didn't work as shown etc Some more we waited since news released for 1 year + sweat.gif

But I can see this edition of Titanfall 2 collectors edition has good workmanship. The finishing looks neat! Fully wearable, with functioning HID lights, the visor panel looks firmly installed, and the color and detailness is just beyond the chart. I am glad you got yours bro. I'm going to try to get mine before its sold out! laugh.gif

Got any good purchasing tips, please pm me. thank you blush.gif

Collectors edition nowadays.... buy one CE makan bubur 2 weeks. Buy 2 CE makan daun 1 month....

But being a collectors from the past, I can see that the quality of collectors edition of games has improve. Last time was one tiny key chain or a mini size replica of in game items. Now its getting more detail and finished with better craftsmanship. I saw TTF helmet after you post, immediately ignited back the Collectors Edition flare.

I bought a few game collectors edition figurines before. Per figurine (good quality ones) should be around RM400-550. If the detail of the item is good, then perhaps worth it. Metal Gear Rising Limited edition example, with the white Raiden figurine, RM700+

Most of the time the collectors edition price will jack up when it is no longer in production and when there is still people looking for it.

Don't worry bro. I eat grass beside you. biggrin.gif

I stop collecting FF CE. But FF7 I am game. People who are from the 1996 era will know this game deeply. It was many people's first FF RPG.

Give us the cloud's motorcycle replica in limited edition quality!! I hope its not just a round material ball replica...

very aligned. until today i still can remember what was FF7 story plot. biggrin.gif The rest, not so much. FF13 i totally no idea what i was doing at 70% of the game.

Usually players will buy collectors edition they feel very related to. Some people collect FF, some people collect Titanfall, some people collect consoles (Star war etc) some people collect everything. Better taking more duit syilling first biggrin.gif

I tried. And i failed. lol.

Nowadays its either go big or go home. I choose to go home. lol. Banrkupt sial biggrin.gif

but for few limited edition item which is very rare, or good craftsmanship items and contents, i will try to collect. blush.gif If you have a good display area for all your collection, it's going to be more poisonous than Australia red toad poison.

I can only recommend not to buy one time at a go. Maybe just one unit a month.

I used to be a FF collector as well during the PSOne era. I would get the Kotobukiya Squall, Rinoa, the 4 disc OST of FFVIII, Japanese and US versions of FFVII, VIII and IX. But as time went on, I expanded my view of games and moved more towards action games like Kingdom Hearts and Devil May Cry. Now changed taste towards FPS which don't have much in terms of collectibles outside of guns/Titans.

Was a collector of Disney Infinity until they discontinued the game and now just trying to dig for the remaining figures cheap.

Anyways, while I like to collect stuff. The one thing that's keeping cost down is simple. I only focus on R1 games (or NTSC/UC). I would look up rfgenerations and check the serial number and if it doesn't correlate with the US version of PS games I don't buy. I get most of my games digitally when they go on sale. So my physical collection focuses more on games that stood out to me. Like the PS3 Uncharted Trilogy + The Last of Us, Souls + Bloodborne series, Vanillaware games, Platinum Games, Ninja Theory, etc.

I rarely collect Deluxe or Collector editions because I'm a bit OCD that when I put the cases on the shelves they look the same. Same with my books, all HP from the same collection, GoT with US price tag and similar design. I was a bit peeved that Uncharted 3 has R-All for the US version of the game and wish I could change it. Same with Shadow of the Damned that has English + French of the cover but is R1.

So I'm just OCD is all.

Well, to me most of these are considered limited edition to me. Cause not many stores bring in US versions of games just whatever is the cheapest.

Like I mentioned before I'm a bit OCD so in terms of limited editions, the furthest I would go for is Day 1/Deluxe/steelbook editions. Reason being space and cost. Back in hometown I got the GoW3 Pandora's box and Dragon Age: Origin wooden box case that made it difficult to display/arrange. But since moved out from the comfort of having attic to myself to a 100 sq ft room. Some sacrifices have to be made. The Dark Soul I got is from the Steelbook edition, but because displaying together with the rest causes it to look weird. Sent the box back hometown for storage.

Also unemployment and got my money cheated means I couldn't get the Deluxe edition of FFXV "R1" that would have arrived at my doorsteps now. But alas, such is life.

Hmm, deep bro. Am sorry to hear about your recent loss.

Nevertheless, I might have spoke too soon. Sometime OCD and those black labels PS3 can at times be vintage collector's items, over time. We are here to share loots and hobbies over similar interest anyway. Thanks for sharing your share of collection/collector's item bro thumbsup.gif

It's ok thumbsup.gif

Actually, I'm targeting these. From my point of view, I see the deluxe editions/collector's editions as a bit of just building hype. These games are that on sale on this website are the truly limited editions because they are not made in the millions like how the big budget games are. They are made in the thousands and once sold out no more are made. I see them as, if you're a toy collector, these are the limited edition statues while deluxe/collector's are the Hot Toy's 12 inch figures but at a cheaper price.

Side story: Also why I think some games are limited is because of this conversation I had with a few friends of mine about what happens to games that are not sold. Did you realize that you're not seeing old games in videogames shops anymore (in the US or UK stores like Gamestop)? We found out that the reason was that those game shops will send the unsold games back to the publishers and depending on the publisher what they might do is destroy or recycle the old games to save cost on the new games. Which is why we don't see like landfills of E.T in this day and age. Because discs are so easily destroyed and digital is becoming more prevalent, publishers most of the time look at physical copies and said screw it, not gonna pay for a warehouse to keep all these unsold games, we have digital and Steam (or in the case of Ubisoft/EA, they have their own stores), recycle them all. End of side story.

For me, it started very young. All the way back in the PS1 era, maybe even Sega Genesis era. I had been reading gaming magazines from the US back then like Electronic Gaming Monthly, GamePro, etc. So in my mind were all these US games that I wanted to play and when I went to my friend's house to play his SNES, I saw it was the Super Famicom and he was playing Rockman X. Megaman X is one of my most favorite game even to this day and I personally cannot call Megaman, "Rock"man. Besides translations and naming, the second thing that irks me all the way to the PS3 era was the TV signals. NTSC/PAL. My TV when I was younger didn't have a PAL setting, so whenever I played PAL games made the colors look weird. So when FFIX and Ace Combat 3 were only sold in PAL version... (pirated, I mean) I was super pissed that I could not play FFIX in color. Everything was black and white or washed out pink. So even when I was younger I vowed to focus only on NTSC/US games, I bought Metal Gear Solid 2 and FFX in NTSC/US before the PS2 started getting pirated games. It was both a region lock thing and to make sure that I got the US version and it would look ok on my TV. If I started gaming today, then I wouldn't mind too much. Cause it's HDMI and the picture all comes out the same.

Jumping closer to today, I started with R1 games because of course they were the US version, following my previous line of thinking. But also because early in the PS3 life, there was no Malaysian store or things like that. So I bought all my games on the US PSN Store because games came out first there most of the time and because of region lock on DLC. Cost-wise also, I can get the games on the PSN store and Play-Asia cheaper because they go on sale more frequently. Most of the time cheaper than the second-hand people will sell here. I rarely buy games on the first day, maybe a year or two later. So by the time I buy them, the price would have gone down a lot while second-hand sellers will want to retain the cost of what they paid and keep prices high.

Then even more recent is because of censorship. Some might argue that US gets the most censorship in terms of fan-service and the whole feminist cancellation of games, see: Dead or Alive Xtreme 3. But after the introduction of CERO in Japan a few years ago, Japan is one of the most strictest in terms of censorship. Followed very closely by Australia and Germany. If you don't include harm coming to children and underage fan service, US games on average actually retain the most content compared to all the other countries.

So by ranking, I buy only R1 because of
1. My OCD to have everything look the same
2. Cost
3. My PSN account and DLC + Trophies
4. Censorship

Truly, I believe it's an OCD thing. Wanting to keep things relatively same or similar. But the other reasons are there for me as well. I would also get Japanese games but their cost is prohibitive. Especially their anime blu-rays. So for now, until I get a super high paying job and not just peanuts. I just focus on R1/US games and movies.

I believe you are not the only one in this. I have meet a few gamers/buyers who share the similar view. Very specific on R1 game titles. Among the reason given was also the intro booklet for R1 is thicker?

Probably in future there might be a market for collectors like the old ringgit Malaysia. vintage stuff. Thanks for sharing your views and background for collecting R1 games smile.gif

a very deep passion you have there   rclxms.gif

so lets say i have a malaysian set of ps4, can i still play r1 games? digitally or physically?
*
Yeah, cause the systems are now region free. Not like the PS1 and PS2. Only the DLC is region locked for some games.

Oh yeah, the last difference that me get the R1 region than R2. It's the X and O... no matter how long I've played JP games, I'm still better at pressing X than O. Easier for my thumb to go down left than go up right because my thumb got bitten by a cat earlier in life. So all R1 games on the PS4 swaps it to X to confirm while the home menu still uses O if you play on the Malaysian PS4.

Really? I thought it was the worst? Haha, because of saving cost and internet. Europe should have the thickest intro booklet cause of all the languages.

oh now that u mentioned it, when i got my ps4 recently i was a bit confused why they use O instead of X.

when i was playing ps1, most of the confirm button was X. after that i didnt touch ps for a long long long time

then the DLC if region lock how? any way to know if their dlc is gonna be region locked?

Usually look at the publisher I feel, Capcom is the most lenient, they just use one version for US and Asia. The strictest is Activision, so Destiny is region locked. It's why I keep to one region also, less headache trying to figure all these things out. But the good thing about using PlayStation, it's free to create a different account with different region. Not like Nintendo where you only get one account or one region depending on the system.

I think from my experience, someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Only Japan R2 DLC is restricted to R2 games. Everywhere else should get the same DLC.

More like things like The Evil Within with their adult mode DLC which is to uncensor the Jap version. In the end, the amount of censorship still high. And got one RPG where the costumes dlc only available in Jap but not anywhere else.

Thankfully, she likes cute animals. So that's much more cheaper than gold or diamond. It's some give and take. Too much of one side then it's not worth it either.

Haha okay la. For Titanfall goodies I only saw the headset and backpack. Cant find any statue or good quality figurine for the Titans though. (Except for older TTF1 series) Else would have gotten a Ronin for personal collection sweat.gif

Its a good game for mecha fans. Agree the helm was worth it. blush.gif

Lets move on from this..

Anyway just to inform the reason for not wearing this helmet is I need it to be in BIB without displayed before. This includes wearing.

I am planning to run something in "other" tered involving this. So my reason are obvious, I need it to be in BIB, after inspection.

Will be bring in 2 more units after this. Maybe after that when my unit come, I can display. (Ala, other ppl here wear also nice wat. cannot see the face at all, its all identical ma biggrin.gif)

No precise number yet, but in Japan the Luna Edition seems to sold more than 63,000 units d in just 1 week. Article as below:

"Following Media Create’s charts released on wednesday, today the market statistics firm released its weekly analysis related to the situation on the Japanese market between November 28th and December 4th.

This time around, they provided additional color about the performance of the game and of the associated console, the limited edition PS4 “Luna Edition.”

First of all, we learn that while the game sold a total of 690, 471 copies on PS4 and 3,791 on Xbox One on the local market, this represents only 64.63% of the initial shipment, with approximately 300,000 copies remaining on the shelves by the end of the week. That said, since the publisher announced its post-launch update plans and new upcoming content, Media Create expects it to influence future sale trends, including the second-hand market.

On the other hand, of the 110,318 standard PS4 units sold last week on the Japanese market, a whopping 63,000 were Luna editions with Final Fantasy XV. That’s over half of the whole PS4 sales, even if you count the 8,032 PS4 Pro sold in the same period."

Haha unfortunaltely, doesn't seems so. It's an item that majority of the people in the world who will want and willing to pay for this. The developer will gain more sales revenues by mass producing than limiting to only certain quantities. Will be a waste to produce only 2000 units and there is est 2 mil+ people or more in the world who really willing to pay good money for this FF edition.

Nnevertheless, its still worth it to get one bro. If you are a FF fan. Even Ni No Kuni PS3 that was mass produced, now below 1k now no one is selling. (unless you meet a waterfish) Will be an vintage item over time.

Skip 4x Pizza Hut this month?

This kind of OST you need good players to push out the sound quality. Its not just a mere collectors item. The original disc is able to amplified the sound quality tremendously for ICE (in car entertainment) and home theater user.

I wonder if anyone can help to list out all the related item to FF XV collections. There seems to be a crazily wide range from console, to game edition, to ost, to figurines. Feels like going to be a 2 page list. lol. Already meet a few FF hardcore collectors here.

Wow expensive item bro. You really invest weh.

But sounds like a satisfied purchase from what I read above. Value in the eye of the collector. Looks like a wonderful piece to add into the collection. The pricing was a big hassle, but it does make the collection piece more rare and feels exclusive to own one laugh.gif

This is one of the option. but personally preferable its a glass panel as:

1 The box will be come yellowish if left to open humidity/color fades away.
2. I have friends with collectors edition fell off from high places, boxes kemek or figurine kepala patah.. (nangis pun tarak air mata sweat.gif )
3 Dust issue :lol;

Unless your collectors item are MISB in sealed wrap condition, imho I would reco glass or solid base wood panel blush.gif

Haha. Yeah. Sometime just that the window of the wood cabinet is so small and limited, you cannot see you item and they might be like just inside a cupboard storage.

Some box shaped shelf cabinet are quite solid and decent. Just need to add a glass panel in front to avoid falling/dust. But lots of work to customize. Ppl always go for ready stocks.

Right now my PS collection just chuck all inside a cupboard away from sunlight and dust. But after few years I forgot they existed anymore. lol.

Do the collectors edition some justice and display them biggrin.gif

Haha.

But after few years I forgot they existed anymore. lol.

Do the collectors edition some justice and display them  biggrin.gif

hmm shipping is pretty ok if you buy from amazon jp
for ost usually less than 2000 yen, around 1200-1500 yen?
if you buy more items then each added item will be only around 300-400 yen i think smile.gif

I started to collect CE last year, bought Titanfall statue (sorry for mentioning this here) and The Order 1886 statue, tried to bring Evolve Goliath here but i can't find a way.

After awhile i realised, if i keep chasing CE i left with no budget to actually buy any games i wanted. Plus i don't have space to display the statue. Sold both of the statue bye.gif and now keep drooling on the CE release. sweat.gif

Don't worry. We are reasonable people, not the super sensitive forum polis type. Highlight what you need smile.gif

For CE I can only recommend go for those that you really like. Else the expenses is going to catch up with you really fast. Personally I only buy a game once every 3 months. (my average per game lifespan) RM180/3 = RM60 per months ++. Something most ppl can live with. Some advise for sharing:

Single player games: Short lifespan and re-playability. Ppl finish will tend to try sell it off. Don't rush for day 1 gameplay, its the same if you play it 30-60 days later. Promo will hit the block soon. Like now I can buy fallout 4 at lower price compare to 239 during launch. Its still single player mode anyway.

Multiplayer games: Due to the multiplayer factor, you probably will have to follow the mass crowd aka week 1 purchase. This one you will have to invest to buy at premium price.

Selling off a good quality CE to fund game is quite a waste imho. (if main living necessity then different) Esp after u spend so many effort to bring it in in good condition, and it is a piece that you really like. Some CE also once out of production the price sky rocket too. Personally I sold off those I don't like that much and only kept a few.

Due to my working status, i'm only able to play every 2 or 3months, last year Q4 was a challenged, lots of title i wanna play, i spend over 1k just for the games and i still missed few titles, imagine if i include CE into the account, interested on BF1 and TF2 CE sweat.gif

Anyway good luck with your collection thumbup.gif

Just to ask, how is the gamers and collectors community in Malaysia?

Have you guys meet any other collectors to share and discuss about loots? Not from bragging/showoff stand point of view, but just meeting ppl with similar interest. The "hey there, I saw you are collecting that too.. do you play this game too.. etc etc)

I have some good and bad experience on this. Some I meet was extremely friendly, the usual gamer collector who are often shy, soft spoken, easy to talk to without much drama, simple ppl you wont mind having talking more about gaming and to share some good and bad experience in collection and share a few laughs with. Ppl you know if you killed them in friendly match, they wont hold grudges and can still laugh together. Ppl which you can also sometime just give them a collector's edition as a present for free because you know this guy likes it so much, ahh might as well. (really close ones)

Then I have the second type who are, unfortunately the jelly ego type. Can be 2 category, one that has less gaming/collection progression than you, and the other type that has more gaming/collection progression than you. Regardless its lesser, same or more than you, you can always rest assure these ppl has immerse competitive ego driven agendas. Whether it is to throw a few cheap low jabs onto you, or to start creating some people dramas. Even when losing to you in a simple casual gaming, is going to kill their pride. Worst, bring the gaming drama into real life.

More than 18 years in the gaming community, include the extreme arcade and gaming competition environment (as both participant and observant) I have already quitted the competition approach in gaming and even has reduced down my collection (I am retired casual gamer la biggrin.gif).

lol what about those who can't take humor and treats everything so seriously? What happen lAh? I met a few and played with plenty. Some ppl just take their craft seriously so maybe perceive as jealous. Some ppl maybe more talkative. Are you saying only usual shy ppl are friendly?

Relax bro. Is only a hobby / game / collection community. If ppl share let them share. If ppl brag let them brag. No one forcing anyone to do this. This is a forum after all.

Come let's go yum cha and let it all out 😊😊😊

Hmm, not sure if I should put this cause most people I talk to think I'm crazy. Well, I think I'm half-crazy as well.

The reason I collect is because I want to build a library in the future. Like how books are seen as acceptable to have a room and library dedicated to them, I feel that games should be allowed to be treated the same way. So I'm buying older games and chronicling them in a blog.

However, I do hope that me saying this doesn't make people feel the need to charge a "collector" more money for the games that they don't want anymore because you are a "collector".

Haha yes. It does tend to get bulky and no place to display over time. But once you setup proper shelfing and display for it, it is quite a satisfying personal achievement. In the end, it is in the eye of the collector what he believes is worth the effort and time.

Nothing crazy about it bruh. As long its your own hard earn money and you buy within your financial capability means, other ppl don't have any dicktate say over it.

This guy for example collected all Wii games as collectors edition. Perhaps one day someone will post that he bought all PlayStation games (ori)?

All will be a stretch. 60% of all the exclusive/one-off games I'll be happy already. Unless someone is willing to help fund me.

I remember the day I decided to sell off my collections, It was the most painful decision ever to let them go. Some at extremely below market price too.

My TLOU collectors Edition with Ellie and Joel statue and Ni No Kuni Collector's Edition, all went out cheap! cry.gif

But I lazy to goreng. At least pass the joy to the next collector guy biggrin.gif

Free is too generous la. We have to cover our expenses too. biggrin.gif

But honestly I have never seen yet a person who collects PlayStation games in a massive scale and make it into a library. PS1 and 2 ori games pretty much is out of the question because of our pirate era. But I think starting from PS3 and 4 era, it would be quite an impressive collection to see. Plus PS3 and 4 games casing and product are quite durable. No issue to get old games stocks easily at low price too.

But this is hard to achieve, coz its like buying each game when they are launched. Wallet koyak man. sweat.gif

I have myselfa good collection of figurines. Some are rare, but all were my favourite. I have to sell them away because I was being transferred to work somewhere else, not knowing if keeping them inside boxes for years would actually maintain the condition of the figurines.

The decision to sell was tough, but had to be. I'm still buying CE though, only selected games which I think is worth.

Haha, we all have to let go sometime I guess.

Nice game figurine collection bro. Too bad they didn't launch Xenosaga with Thelos and Kosmos in any collector's edition. Not sure if there was a collector's edition for Xenosaga during PS3 days. Just standard edition game?

Personally I wish they include better quality items into the collector's edition. blush.gif

There was one for Episode 1 & 2, it had KOS-MOS figurine. But it was only available in Japan. This was a time back in the early 2000s when Westerners were still in the mindset not to get any extra merchandise/weebo stuff for their games. Changed in PS3/Xbox 360 era once publishers like Ubisoft and Activision found out how much fans are willing to pay for useless (my opionion) crap.

Also... holy *censored*

I wish Namco would release an HD remake of Xenosaga trilogy. Ep 1 was story drive, full of cut scenes but lack gameplay. Ep 3 was back to traditional JRPG while ep 2 was caught in between.
Overall it was an excellent addition to the JRPG era. I was skeptical when they dropped Yasunori Mitsuda, but it turned out to be the best.

Haha I know the feeling.

After so many years in the collector's circle, I have learned not to be envious, but admire these hardcore people's collection.

Its the same, when you have lots of collection to share, the last thing you want is a crowd of angry ppl who are jelly and plotting against you. So my style is every time I see a person with massive impressive collections, I will give this dude/girl a pat on the back with a "WTH, good job man. lol", "how the heck do you do it? xD"

And hope one day kharma returns to me with ppl patting me on the back on my stuff. (Fair trade) Kharma can be a beach or angel, depends on how we treat it laugh.gif

Despite i did find it hard to really like Xenosaga series due to the design and game in overall, (expectation coming from Xenogears..), I was still keen to find out more on Xenosaga collectors item and its games edition.

Did Xenosaga collectors edition came with the toys with joints? I know i can google this easily, but since you all collectors masuta (マスター) are here, you guys can be our walking google biggrin.gif

Actually, even if you were to Google, not much info out there. This was back in 2001 for some reason all the pictures at the time sucked. Not enough broadband penetration.

But anyways, the limited or premium editions for Episode I came with a Kos-Mos action figure, hard to tell if the joints worked (cause not many people opened the toy case) but the arms should move enough for her to carry her weapons.

For Episode II, it came with two Kos-Mos, one on her own and another on the bike. This one seems less articulated but again, like back then. Not many took photos or did video unboxings. Now too expensive to want to think about opening.

I say expensive... but then there are these.

I only know of a figma KOS-MOS, not sure if it generalised to the rest of the CE.
Anyways, the team in Monolith was responsible for Xenogears back in Squaresoft age. When they jumped ship to Namco, basically they cannot transfer the Xenogears IP along. Xenosaga was supposed to be a direct prequel, but yet so distant that no link can be objectively seen.

Yeah, I like Shion and Kos-Mos but they are not Elly. So kinda gave up and went to .hack instead.

Also the realistic faces of Episode II threw me off completely.

Nice, I wish I had more limited edition Uncharted stuff but I think my issue is that I'm not a particular fan of any one series. So it's hard to focus all my efforts into one series or genre.

ohh sorry for that...I will keep in mind biggrin.gif

Btw I think Kazuya will be light weight one whose entire weight will be on Heihachi....I made a similar kind of figurine pattern few yearz ago biggrin.gif where I also tried to balance weight this way....so I think they're gonna do this trick....

No worries bro. Yeah the figurine looks great. Too bad its Heihachi and Kazuya, and not other characters.

If its PVC quality, I think over time the item will starts to bend its shape.. Unless they stuck a pole below Kazuya to support it. And I'm seeing the center gravity of Kazuya is at his butt. sweat.gif

Don't know why Lightning return related collector's items all price went sky rocketed. Much more expensive that FFIII or FFXIII-2.

I really wanted this but the price is such a turn off cry.gif could have bought 2 regular CE with this price. And the fact that the figurine is so small is another turn off, if its double the height I'd have gotten it for sure.

Edited to Add.

My personal review on HZD's Collector's Edition here Horizon Zero Dawn Collector's Edition. Kinda disappointed tbh bangwall.gif bangwall.gif if only they could match their effort in making the CE to their game making.

Wow that's quite a lot of interesting personal reads bro. Seldom can see Collector's Edition reviews, unboxing or game journalist about games in Malaysia. I will read this more when back home and see there's any decision changing factor to pick up from your review. I agree on the artbook review. Its too small and not something collector will feel the hype with.

I guess you only do reviews for collector's item you personally purchased/owned, to be able to know the in depth detail of the CE?

I really wanted this but the price is such a turn off  cry.gif could have bought 2 regular CE with this price. And the fact that the figurine is so small is another turn off, if its double the height I'd have gotten it for sure.
Edited to Add.

My personal review on HZD's Collector's Edition here Horizon Zero Dawn Collector's Edition. Kinda disappointed tbh  bangwall.gif  bangwall.gif  if only they could match their effort in making the CE to their game making.

Nice review. About the art book that came with CE, I guess it's a simple version as there's another version of art book in the market probably A4 size, you see. I bought the LE because I like the art design on the steel book. Also, PS FB shared a video of unboxing and it was mentioned the art style is like 80's Star Wars. I'm sold! Haha

I think EB Australia got sell the statue as a standalone but even so, the price still around 1k ++. Same price range as NieR Automata's Black Box edition. Anyone here has NieR Black Box edition ?? thumbup.gif really wanna see it in real biggrin.gif

Thanks bro ! I still feel they could have done a better job with the Artbook even if they are releasing a standalone Artbook later on. I mean its a Collector's Edition after all . I remember Dark Souls 3 CE last year, about the same price and that one was obviously a fine example of a job well done. I dont hope that HZD CE comes with a hard covered with golden stitches everywhere but at least be better than this one they giving us lah you know. This is really a half assed job on their part, they might as well not include it. bangwall.gif geram aku

Yup ur right. Only usd 280 including shipping if by from Tri force site. RM 1.2-1.4k depending on customs.

Waiting for a retailer to bring in mine. If they get around that price will pick it up instead of having the hassle of delivery from Tri force but if they plan to charge RM 1.5k upwards might as well buy from Tri force.

Wow didn't check this thread for few days and suddenly a thunder jaw appears!!

This thing looks pretty neat. Except for a few paint job which I tot they can improve. But still a impressive piece for display.

You got enough space to store ke mgsrulz. Prob will need a glass casing to prevent dust piling up. Good stuff bro thumbsup.gif

I have the game with it's delux content already. Haha. And I had the pleasure of selling figures and content separately. Any higher than RM800, I might as well buy from eBay.

I think rm500 is fair.

Square came from humble beginning. From a company that is heading towards oblivion to a behemoth today, I respect their commitment to stay alive. Eventhough I don't agree with their money churning policy currently, they make excellent games back then.

To be honest, I'm looking for Uncharted 4 CE, WWE 2K18 Cena Nuff Edition, Battlefield 1 CE and GT Sport CE... Anyone wanna let go any of these?

The only problem is the shipping costs are quite expensive. I was hoping to find sellers within Malaysia.

well, if you can't find it locally, just bundle them together then choose the cheapest shipping option.

if might actually be cheaper than buying locally. don't think I've ever seen a bf1 ce sold below rm100

It's just that it feels painful to spend so much at once haha! If I have the money I would buy a few at once. The shipping fees are approximately RM300-370.

The steelbook, supposed to be not included with the edition, but I got it nonetheless.

Ah, that's a bummer. sad.gif

The game steelbook would've definitely been a great addition to the spectacular treasure chest.
