Hondas are notorious for poor soundproofing. My Accord is similar. It's the facelift from the previous generation. Apparently, the prr-facelift is much worse.
Basically, there isn't much you can do about it.
You could install some Dynamat but doing that stuff DIY is difficult.
KL Autofoam do soundproofing if you want a professional job but don't expect Rolls Royce soundproofing.
