Okla compared to me waiting for 2 weeks.. 3 out of delivery , 3 times undelivered 4rd delivery baru dapat ..taqbin is the worst courier I think in Malaysia. .

Currently for me no issue in any courier. Port dickson address.
Skynet, gdex, citylink, poslaju (mostly).

For me, Poslaju most efficient at my area. Gdex, Skynet, Airpak, ABX, Citylink all so so only.

My place gdex is nice. Quite fast. Got problem only during 12.12 sales. That time got item very late, called them thousand times never pick up, sometimes they pick up then hang up lol. Now it is good.

Pos laju in my area is the best.. Because two pos laju personnel stay here.. One drive van one drive moto.. Got one time sent item at 7ish pm..

If phone ok, then yuo could just request new tempered glass. It's the free one right? Or damage to phone also?

Last time I ordered phone, no promised glass and case included so I complained to Laz. They gave me rm40 sorry voucher

i actually only bought the tpu case, ring and tempered glass

phone was bought separately ...

but since my other case had arried there no use to keep a broken tempered glass .

For returning items, after you've selected return item in the lazada option
Do you have wait for their reply if your reason is valid or just return parcel straight away?
Also, which refund method is faster? Credit card or bank account?

You can return them straight away. They gave you a form to print right? Those are the shipping papers.

I think they will judge if the return is valid by looking at the item when it reach them. Itshould be ok if you follow the required item state to be returned. Like all accessories need to be there, labels still intact, etc.

I chosen return to credit card previously. Took a few days I think.

Yeah return if its broken. Nowadays, I look at my local phone shop for tempered glass before checking Lazada. Most of the times they sell it quite cheap like RM 10-12 then I'll just buy it, quality is more or less same.

Lazada maybe can get cheaper after coupon and cashback but the difference is not that big.
