2. Push this to Lazada and ask them for a voucher to fill up the difference if you are repurchasing, regardless it is Lazada's or the vendor's fault. If it's the vendor's fault it is on Lazada to deal with the vendor. Not you.
3. If you're not buying the same item again from Lazada, make sure to write to them and tell them how disappointed you are at them.
Lazada's customer service generally is OK-ish (below decent) as long as you let them know precisely what you expect from them. They can and should do better.
