One of my orders placed on 13/12 is still showing "processing". But today received the item.

Any of you guys received calls from courier company about delay in the parcel delivery? I received one call from GDEX office, saying they failed to deliver yesterday because my apartment needs card to access. Due to their overwhelming workload, I was asked to either collect from their office or wait until next year to have it re-delivered.... after new year.

When I asked the office caller why the delivery man did not ring me yesterday, the answer was "it's SOP to attempt delivery without calling..." With this kind of SOP, no wonder their workload increases. She could not answer me why all the past GDex delivery guys always called me when I had a parcel.

FYI, my official Mi Band 2 (with Msia warranty) came with a sealed box.
