guys, i bought a DDR2 RAM and got it yest. but i found out that ram only can use on AMD system, and im currently using intel CPU. thus i think i might do the refund. the RAM is from oversea item btw.

based on their refund system, i need to create refund form and attached together with the item to post office. no need pay anything.
later on just wait for lazada to refund back the money.
if this correct ?

yes correct, fill online form, print it out, then pack nicely the item, the invoice, the consignment note all return to MBE or pos office, then once lazada receive the item will update via email and then proceed refund to u after few days.

RAM does not matter for AMD or Intel. WHat you probably got wrong is DDR2 / DDR3 mismatch

megahertz is right. there is actually a compatibility issue of 8 chips and 16chips ram on some older intel platform. aka single, double rank. do google and you'll have more info.

yup, i didnt know got such issue with RAM compatibility between AMD and Intel until i bought this RAM.
and the seller also didnt point out anything about this, just that i found there is typo on the description... it mentioned as "Special use for ADM" , only then i realize this is for AMD only

If the item from oversea, you can email to the Lazada to explain your situation. They might just asked you to keep the item and give you RM20 worth voucher. Happened to me before for an oversea item but not up to my expectation. They asked me to keep the item and gave me a voucher. I used that voucher to bought another new one. I guess Lazada don't want the hassle to keep oversea item.
