average 200ms ping can't even shoot properly zzz blizzard server keep connecting me to somewhere else instead of SG

Aussie and SEA got this problem server might be under maintenance or off for the new patch/even.. I did open the game right after the game update and get low ping like 30ms but after that i did t try any more so later will check..
