Agreed. with the current implementation, spay's convenience is that don't need bring out card from wallet only.. if only they can make it to request for pin and immediately reset, instead of directly rejecting with a do not honor, that would be best.

I'll submit feedback to Samsung as a suggestion for improvement. Maybe if more ppl can suggest, they can do something about it.

Agree.. everyone wants to be part of the mobile/e-wallet payment system.. but to me, samsung pay still the best, followed by fave pay..

alipay, touch & go need to top up first before use.. keep money with them for 0 interest.. + need to pay more when use touch n go for certain places (like parking)..

maybank QR.. direct debit from savings account.. 0 benefit to us as user..

samsung pay = convenient to use (except when need to reset pin), + rewards from bank cc, + rewards from samsung, + promotions (like recent MasterCard promo) is a bonus..

fave pay = not so convenient to use, but can get some credits back, + rewards from bank cc (considered as online transaction)..

Notification is useful. If no sound, then you straight away know that internet is bad in the area and you shouldn't swipe there anymore. Also useful by just pulling out to view the last transaction time before spamming spay for points.

I think majority of the problems encountered at caltex is because of the RM200 authorisation. Because of the 250 limit, once you used your card for 50.01 then you will fail to get approval at caltex. So far, my success rate in caltex is 100% as long as I still have the 200 limit. Have tried it at multiple stations at few states.

Will SPay works with ALL type of old machine terminal..
I mean.. the one without NFC function?

I have 50-50% success on those machine...
Works at couple of Petronas outlet, but failed on some others...
Just now tried to pay my roadtax (coz i forgot my wallet in my car)... Two tries..
1. Card Error
2. Card Swipe Error (or something like that...)

Also... Some Petronas don't want to try using SPay at their old terminal.. saying the machine 'hasn't been updated' to use SPay.. (And got minimum spending sommore)

just start using spay few days ago, tested at giant and aeon, it was quite convenience 

however ytd fail at mcd drive thru, end up pay in cash   

hope next time got chance to try

based on today and past experience. there will be some occasions where spay will cause the credit card terminal to restart.

Quite risky for walking out from a supermarket with items in hand but without having official receipt..

i experienced the same as well. i put my phone 90 degree, towards the right side (MST side).. most of the time it works.
yesterday i tried twice, not working.
i believe when the error message "transaction rejected“ straight away appear without delay, it is usually due to card-reading failure
then the cashier told me to put my phone at 45 degree during my 3rd attempt. then it worked.

not sure whether it is related or not (angle of putting the phone relative to magnetic swipe reader)
