I find that if I need to workout in the morning, light breakfast such as 2 bananas really help me to power through my workout. Light stretching helps alot too since early in the morning my body is usually stiff especially my lower back, calf and shoulders.
I tried fasted training and cant use more than 80% of my 1Rep Max.
Long story short, have something light before your workout lol.
for those of you who workout in the morning, 6am-8am
