Is the Drive-Thru Area in SkySanctuary still in plan? I heard from SA, it will be removed and replace with a parking lot bertingkat @@

Hi, anyone know how much is the maintenance fee per sq ft? And is it including sinking fund? First time home buyer here. Thanks.

Went to showroom today, the type C layout is really nice. However, some concern from me. Would it be too high density in that area? As what I know know, few projects is developing with in 1 KM.

Importantly the project features and comparing to neighbour project.Which has the upper hand and long term appreciation. Considering township development with private lake garden at 4xx psf by renowned developer quality.... |

The roads are not designed to handle this much of volume though. |
