For all the people who is frequent at Taobao, I'm sure you all have heard of this Ezbuy which is famous in Malaysia and Singapore for their PRIME flat shipping rate of RM8.80.



Their service was ok-ok before this and turned horrible when their customer based grew and yet they still kept pushing promotion when they haven't settled all the pending orders. So beware if you want to use this agent, unless you don't mind:
1. Wait for at least 1-2 months for your things to arrive
2. You paid for your thing and in the end there's no stock because they did not place an order in taobao immediately (orders was placed after 7-14days of 11.11 sales).
3. Your order goes missing and it's forever in 'dispatch by seller'
4. Your order goes missing on the way to Malaysia or your house and it got sent to other people instead
5. Your order stays in 'pending for inspection' for 2-3 weeks (that's bcos they can't find your package in their ever messy warehouse
6. Your orders came broken and they are not responsible at all
7. It's almost impossible for you to contact their customer service because the phone will never be answered, online chat sometimes available and sometimes not, customer service can't answer your question, email takes at least 10 days to get back to you

Many many other issues that you can refer to screenshot and best if all the users can come testify themselves here so that people will know the fact and honest truth about this company. Because they will DELETE all the BAD COMMENTS on their Facebook.

so far my experience with them still ok
no issue whatsoever

Was expecting my good to arrive before christmas...made the order on 11/11, this morning they just shipped out my order, ETA 17/1, will never buy using their service again

Request to change shipping cannot, cancel order cannot

order 2 items via ezbuy during sept. choose sea ship ( cheapest) + selfpick up(free). all items reached @ mid of oct.

not so important items so im not in rush.

getting bad to worse.

always have to follow up.

Go for cheap then complain

Follow up nvrm, wait until it's gone missing or never to be found anymore.

Is this EzBuy the same EziBuy on Gem5?

no problem for me, bought 3 items, 2 by air, 1 via sea ship, all arrived safely within 2-3 week

Oh yeah, my 11.11 order still haven't arrive yet.

Oh, I just checked. Arrived liao.

Almost one month.

This company needs help. Anyone with logistic expertise can go send your resume there. They are willing to pay high

can i ask if item that got ezbuy tag checkout plus shippings is all final price plus shipping or need 2nd payment?

Are you guys prime users?
I'm gonna use their service mainly to save on shipping with huge/bulky items
Small items I still prefer use taobao service direclty

12/12 got discount for some items and I'm afraid they're gonna delay ordering like with my order last time
I tried buying amazon fire tv stick during black friday, a week later they finally placed the order and obviously it's back to full price now that promotion's ended
I'm gonna give them one more chance with my next order

They charge a lot and are retarded

They have the cheapest rate around, even before 15% discount Show us cheaper alternatives please
