QUOTE(pagi makan roti @ Dec 6 2016, 12:23 PM) which languange easier for u to pick up. spanish is quite an easy language to learn. the grammar is straight forward. name 5 language u speak. name 3 language u mastered during adult age. i want to learn spanish as it is the second largest spoken language after englandish. wonder if it suits malay tongue. but 1 of the downsize is u cant practise the language v often because msia rarely can use this language. |

QUOTE(celicaizpower @ Dec 6 2016, 12:29 PM) 5 Languages I speak: Me:1. Bahasa Malaysia 2. English 3. Chinese 4. Tamil 5. Nihongo (Japanese) 3 Languages I mastered: 1. Bahasa Malaysia 2. English 3. Chinese I was able to speak the 3 mastered language when I was around 4-6 years old. Personally I would recommend you learn a language of a country that you plan to visit. Spanish is good if you are planing to go to Europe or South America. I learned Japanese because I was planning to travel to Japan, proved to be handy when I was there. 1) English 2) BM 3) Chinese (Mand, Canton & some Hakka) 4) Bajau 5) Dusun 6) Rungus 7) Murut 8) Lundayuh (Lunbawang) Thank you..... |

Any Romantic language (German, Fremch, Spanish etc) will be easy if you are fluent in English. Indonesia would be easiest to master due to similar language branch (Austronesia).
But just like any language learner, the most important is your drive. If you can dedicated one hour a day for a year, you can get to B1 CEFR. Check out language learner website. Duolingo is baby walk (A0), but it get fun when you are A2-B1. Assimil and Anki are king. |

QUOTE(AeronBabe @ Dec 6 2016, 03:29 PM) erm... anime would not teach you the proper Nihongo. The best is to be friends with a Japanese and learn directly from them, then you will be able to learn all those different jap languages for different type of situation. |
