I was able to speak the 3 mastered language when I was around 4-6 years old.

Personally I would recommend you learn a language of a country that you plan to visit. Spanish is good if you are planing to go to Europe or South America. I learned Japanese because I was planning to travel to Japan, proved to be handy when I was there.

erm... anime would not teach you the proper Nihongo. The best is to be friends with a Japanese and learn directly from them, then you will be able to learn all those different jap languages for different type of situation.
