QUOTE(<* Star Dust *> @ Feb 14 2007, 10:07 AM) At the moment, 11am PST = 12 noon Malaysian time (for me, I just calculate by changing am to pm and +1 hr to their time = our time). It also depends if they are on daylight saving or not.I remember maintainence time is something like 7pm til 3am but usually if there are no major patches, you can always login early. Sometimes 1am also can login. I think I've heard someone who managed to login around 12 something but personally I've never done that. Valentine's day today, wonder if my bf will let me login wow? |

Daylight Savings Time (DST) does have an impact on what time is the maintenance period.
Blizz just provides a general timeline that they are doing maintenance. If they finish early, good lor. However, if they do find a glitch that needs fixing during that time period, they will down the server again without any notice on the forums (since it's already up) or in-game. So if you wanna play during that time, it's at your own risk lor. Coz if Blizz did reset the server, it would be at the last known save which had "good" data and not at the point that they resetted. And if you want to say "I got in 1st! yay!", well, not much point. Your choice but not much sense to wave it in our faces. This post has been edited by myremi: Feb 14 2007, 06:07 PM |
