hello guys,
having some problem here with the built in motion eye and live messenger. ever since i was forced to update to 8.1, messenger says the camera will not be detected or its in use by another program it works in vaio camera capture utility... but after launching live messenger, it doesnt work in any program anymore. need help. using SZ series. |

hi guys... ive been using my vaio alot now, sometimes for extended periods of time, and i discovered now my fan is very noisy sometimes with a buzzing sound. is this normal after heavy use or is it time to bring my vaio in? (using SZ4330)

hi, im having further issues with my vaio fn key. sometimes it randomly stops working. i restart the vaio event service and it gets going again, but sometimes the volume works, but the brightness will be stuck with one-less than full bar, and the LCD brightness doesnt change, up or down. is this a driver issue?

try to right click your volume on the lower right corner next to the clock and open the volume mixer see if the applications are all full volume

hello guys...
is sony vaio supposed to heat up quickly?my notebook becomes hot very quickly... also when i plug in headphones, the balance is off... only right side have sound, left side no sound. checked balance in volume control already. hardware error? |

to answer questions.. im using sony vaio sz-433.
the odd thing about it is when i plug it in all the way the balance is off. when its not all the way in, its not as loud, but sound is from both R and L. can be rectified by plugging and unplugging several times. about heat issues, i am not sure, but might be the hot weather/ventilation as well. although sometimes on a flat surface can get really hot until it hurts to touch it. the highest cpu running process is dwm.exe (between 5-15 - normal?). appreciate your inputs  This post has been edited by alimony: Feb 26 2009, 11:46 AM |
