this is agree... my uncle's friend wears neat and simple clothes and yes, not a single brand on them... has a camry and estima but wears an RM80k rose gold ceramic big bang and some seikos and gshocks sweat.gif
my uncle also same... simple man, but small time property developer sweat.gif
*
didnt you know.. the smaller the ralph laurent logo, the more expensive it is laugh.gif
same goes to LV and prada. their higher tier usually have almost no visible logos wan. especially LV and their fugly LV checkered prints.. it doesnt exist in their higher range bags.

but TS is true about poorfags no money send watch for service cry.gif ayam too poor to service some of my auotmatic watches so just buy new ones when it's not syncing well.

polo i know... dem expensive tongue.gif

that why i bought the damier canvas for my waifu, just checkered only without LV all over the bag laugh.gif

richfag spotted

Not bad... but if i have waifu id go for celine ba. The shape and quality tells you its brand liao. no need to print big big and coated in gold bling bling "LV" or the "C" and "H"

but some gems can be found in small small street stalls like my current wallet i found in japan which is handmade by the stall owner with YKK zip and really good safiano leather. and it only cost about 20000 yen weh... brandless so you can never find it anywhere else brows.gif

if richfag i would service my IWC liao instead of leaving it in the box sweat.gif service IWC = 1 entry level swiss movement.. that's what im wearing day to day now cry.gif

Bro. IWC service is cheap leh. Not even one entry level Swiss movement. Even a Rolex Daytona is only RM3k and AP RO is RM5k. You sure it's IWC and not PRC ah?
*
it's no longer standard servicing brah.. it's rosak liao cry.gif the watch will move n stop, move and stop. cry.gif

nice watch notworthy.gif

IWCs mostly are highly modded ETAs, tried your luck at unker shop?
*
nahhh i got it much cheaper than the cost of repairing it so screw it.. plus it's very battered as i wore it to even play basketball and ride bicycle to campus last time. perhaps from a few serious accidents from cycling that causes something as reliable as iwc to spoil (even my iphone3G broke in half from one fall lol)

Is it vintage? I was quoted an estimate of RM5,000 to overhaul a vintage Omega Seamaster.
*
yeah bought used from my unker. currently i fancy federique constants but omega speedmaster are quite sexy thumbup.gif

Bro. Vintage watches are a minefield. Low cost of entry but the upkeep cost is very high as usually parts are no longer in production so IWC have to specially fabricate the parts using either UV-LiGa or CNC. This adds to the costs as Swiss labor is not cheap. The movement cannot be serviced locally in the Authorised Service Center and have to be sent back to Switzerland every single time for servicing..

I prefer to buy new watches but do keep one vintage watch for fun.
*
i guess that was why i was quoted that high then.. o well, keep in box ba.. 30+ seconds late every 2 minutes is quite bad liao LOL

still looking for a rolex airking oyster perpetual thumbup.gif or a simple federique constant white dial and then i go put a DW strap for the lols laugh.gif
