i already registered last year when the website was still online.

now you have to call them. you will need the console serial number & the sales receipt (in case they ask where you buy the console from) to register the warranty.

Thanks bro. I'm traveling right now so the required infos are not with me at the moment. Is there any time limit to register the pro? I got it last saturday... sked i've already exceeded the time to register it thus voiding my 90-days extra warranty (if it do really exists)

not sure if there is any time limit to register warranty but to be on the safe side, it's best to register your console within 1 or 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

I tried with this https://mysony.sony.com.my/expressproductregistration.aspx and it completed registered. I don't know if I still need to call them and register.
I just provide the serial number from the receipt and the model number.

Just gotta call from Gameon, actually its not gameon's fault, more like gemfive, they are closing down the electronic gaming department it seems, so my order is canceled, now i'm goin to get it from gameon directly
*
Did GameOn mentioned how much they will be charging for the PS4 Pro?

That is for normal sony consumer electronic products only. Didn't you read the small print below?

QUOTE
PlayStation products are to be registered at http://asia.playstation.com/my and do not qualify for the My Sony Program.

and it also says this on the side:

QUOTE
Additional 3 months warranty period for online registration (except BRAVIA, Projector, Playstation, XPERIA smartphones and tablets).

since asia playstation is offline now, that's why they tell you to call their customer service to register and get the extended 3 month warranty.

Does anyone know how to connect my monitor to both PC and ps4? My monitor only has VGA and dvi ports. I was looking at KVAs.. but the ones with dvi are so expensive.. is there an alternative? Like a hdmi switcher thing or something (although my monitor doesn't have hdmi)

i have a monitor with hdmi and DP, so what i did was connect ps4 to hdmi and pc to DP and choose input at monitor settings to switch between them. maybe you can find a hdmi>DVI and connect ps4 to DVI input, then vga as pc input? whats your monitor model anyway, not sure whether it has input select function.

I have a Dell U2311H, it only has VGA, DVI and Display port. Wouldnt VGA to my PC be of lower quality then?

Oh, just saw that my GTX570 has a display port at the back, would it be possible to connect my monitor to pc via display port and then dvi/hdmi adaptor to the ps4?
