Your best bet is to check Sony Store online (RM1799) or saveallstore (RM1899-1969) from time to time. Last week, there is stock on Sony Online store but I was hesitating because the call center ppl told me no stock when I call them to confirm. In the end, they did got stock and some forumers here got their PS4 Pro.

1 day later, saveallstore also received their stocks (hopefully not fleeced from Sony Online store) and I immediately order and self-collect the same evening.

I think supply will normalise in Feb/Mar, so you can wait if you are not in a hurry. Reason I willing to pay a bit premium to get it earlier is because i want to play it during CNY holidays. Feb will be freaking busy for me

It's considered in your PS+ library as long as you maintain PS4 subscription. After subscription ended, you just lose access to it. Re-subscribe and you can play it back again
