other than it can be a bit less predictable on turn in... don't see why not...
is your current saddle a narrow one or a wide one? you only ride to work and no other activities?
RM100 hard to get any good saddle...even BBS also don't have much for a 100 and if there is, it could a bit worn for that price... either you find one that is comfy and then have problems with corroding rails or the foam wears out very fast...
if you can spend a bit more, i think there should be some Prologo or Specialized saddles at around RM200 to RM300 range..
specialized tend to be harder on the foam but they have different sizes of the same model saddle to suit different seat bone width... can't tell you if they really work as i bought a romin comp myself.. and i seem to like that they have a wider nose than most saddles..
prologo on the other hand uses different foam density on their saddle, mid density on the middle section for your soft tissue and higher density foam at the back for better support...
thick gel saddles are comfortable upon seating... but once into long rides, your bones sort of dig in and it becomes a tad less comfortable.. and too soft a saddle also tend to compress your perineum area and gets you a bit uncomfortable...
if look is not a concern... the ugly looking big fat ones that the roadies dislike can be an option.. normally has generous padding and is big enough to support your rear end.. only problem is a big of thigh rubbing against the saddle while pedaling..
