Hi, what's recommendation for a good bike frame for a beginner?

Weight doesn't matter but more on durability but open to opinions. Budget, around RM 0 - 3000, best bang for the buck.

What's equivalent for SRAM's Rival in terms of Shimano? Is it Tiagra, 105?

QUOTE(butthead @ Jan 28 2012, 02:37 PM)

those bikes are no longer in production.. so, RM1500 for a full bike is cheap but it is really gonna be a bet... RD is not an issue since the RD can be changed...

better beware and check if the frame has cracked.. heard a lot of those cases with those bike especially after crashing it...

Thanks guys. I'll aready asked rodalink in the fb.

Batu Pahat, that's too far. Strange they didn't open in KL where there's a bigger market or Batu Pahatians are cyclist majority town?
