Cycling, Any cyclist here??

Hey there, I'm very new to the road bike scene and wanted to ask your opinion. I live in Cheras and work at Hulu Langat. For many years, I always see people cycling there and suddenly after so many years I thought why don't I cycle to work and back. My office do have shower facility so it don't pose much of a problem when i arrive at work hehehehe .... My dilemma is actually my budget (RM5K) guessing only limit to an entry level bike. I've visited a bike shop in cheras which one of the person almost everything say it's good. When I look at the spec i get lost with all the terminology. looking at the photo that is one tough bike ... but sad thing is human is very fragile

Hey there,
I need some opinion about road bike rims. I have a Shimano R500 wheelset that came with my Avanti. I'm a pretty heavy guy (95kg) about 180cm .. Every weekend (both sat and sun) I do a nice solo ride from Batu 18 Hulu Langat till the the border of Negeri Sembilan climb. First few times my rear wheelset didn't have any problem but recently it seems like everytime after a ride and check my wheels, they need truing ... Weekly RM 30 truing my wheels are pretty costly to me and already happened 3 times in a row. I'm not too sure isit my weight or the rough roads that causes it.
Any recommendation wheelset that cost less than RM 700. which are pretty tough that can handle my weight ?
