There's a cycling topic on The Star Metro cover page.

Go read it.

I think it will good to have a group of cycling advocates sort of, a kind of pressure group that is concern about anything related to cycling. Condition of roads for example to start with.

I think we have to stay there for one night at least because the race start quite early.

Anybody have recommendation for a reasonable hotel/motel around Ipoh?

Hello guys,

Anybody joining Kuantan Century Ride?

The registration already closed. But you can ask at registration@kuantancenturyride.com. No harm in asking no?

I'm using Bepanthen. So far so good. It is an ointment for nappy rash. Good thing about it no added colorant, preservatives or fragrance.
Perhaps it is not so elegant for a 'pro'/serious cyclist to you use it. But for me as long as it works fine it ok. I used it for 160km Ipoh century ride and i survived with no chaffed groin. And the good it it available in Guardians, Watson and all pharmacies.
