No, seriously. The idea of a leader being selected by Allah is something only caliphs (and important positions like prophets) can lay claim to. It just makes the UMNO leadership and these particular supporters look blasphemous because they're using an Islamic notion as an excuse to legitimise a leader for a state that is nothing like a caliphate.
