Based on their info, those phone are gift from the big companies lor, lenovo, asus, samsung, and etc when u buy big amount of pc or lappy or etcs, those phones consider free gift with warranty hehe..
Has anybody here comparing Lenovo P2 and Motorola Moto M? Both having almost similar pricing maybe just different of RM20-RM50. Specs wise both having their own advantages and disadvantages...having some dilemma choose between this 2, sifus please advice...thanks.
Bug 1: Low audio when record videos. - Worldwide "issue". - It's a double edged sword feature. The Noise Cancelling Mic over-powered the main mic when recording videos. In an extreme noisy environment (eg. inside LRT cabin), the noise cancelling mic plays a good role by cancelling the ambient noise and focusing the conversation between you and your partner as well as public announcement audio is crystal clear. However, when recording a concert, all audio is suppressed until the singer's audio is distorted.

Bug 2: WhatsApp Audio is tiny. - Same explanation as previous Bug 1.
Bug 3 : Rotation Intermittently Stop Working. - It happens randomly and without any reasons. - Can be overcome by lock the device, wait for 10 seconds and unlock back. - However, I may have solved this bug. I just went back to the Settings > Accessibility > Auto-rotate screen > Off. Then, immediately, go to Settings > Display > When Device is Rotated > Choose "Rotate the contents of the screen". I've monitored this effect for the past 5 days. No more auto-rotate issue since the above actions.
Bug 4 : Push Notifications Not Working after Device is in Deep Sleep. - Many owners worldwide faced this issue. My unit seems not affected. - One owner install "Disable Doze" app from PlayStore and claimed to have solve this issue. Battery is not much affected it seems. Refer to LeMoto P2 Official Forum for more details.
All the above is merely software bugs and "should" be solved by OTA(s). Hardware Issue 1 : External Speaker Excessive Distortion. - At above 75% volume, the external speaker sound tends to distorted. My unit doesn't have this issue.
Hardware Issue 2 : Camera Break. - Worldwide but not common. - Unknown reasons. - After certain activity/task, when launching the camera app, an error message "Can't Connect to the Camera" and/or "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped". - Hard reset doesn't solve the camera break issue, and sending to Service Centre is the best options.

taking photo from stock or other dedicated camera apps i think can consider easy also.why go disturb whatsapp which is supposingly a messaging app with some add on only and give problem and headeach to oneself leh
The problem was with the phone os lor, it's a bug there, heck other people also report here lor.
It's a short cut (which have no issue on older phone or other flagship on stock rom that i have try).
Btw why so defensive on lenovo p2 camera bugs? Got people report here and there lor.
in my opinion, depend on scenariolah sir, let say you chit-chat via whatsapp, and ur kawan/bos/gf/bf/etc ask to share some pic which one is easier/faster/less steps:-
1. go back to main-menu and open the dedicated camera apps or etc stuff you want to share 2. just use the short cut that whatsapp ready for u to share pic/camera/audio/location/document/ etc..
Steps two is more practical and commonly use bg SMART phone user.
Btw the quality of pictures share will drop if u share stuff from whatsapp regardless which step u use. Better email if wanna maintain the quality.

Normal mar, for phone brand such as Sony@lenovo@htc@etc (excluding Samsung and Apple) to fix send their phone to KL. Afaik they don't have local service centers that do the repair service. Kl do that part. Normal wait is 2 to 4 weeks
The premium price u pay for that gadget is for the after sales service but some brand such as Asusu zen 3 series and most oppo brand imo are over priced.

Btw based on gsmarena comments, seem those that have their p2 made for india market seems to have the microphone fix (mcm hardware) . Maybe those batch are ok one vs previous batch (same like what supplier pass 2 me).

Good news... our Rapid Charger is actually efficient as what LeMoto showed when comparing with OnePlus 3. We have to plug the adapter STRAIGHT to wall socket. DO NOT use power cord extensions....
I start to charge P2 at 5%... after 1 hour (P2 is on), the battery is at 80%...now at 1 hr 15 minutes already 90%...
Go and try on ur next charging cycle...

Double check p2 hp is connected to any network or WiFi mode? Or airplane mode?
About extensions cord, how about those yang have only one usage.. I mean charge our p2 only.
