Unifi fiber optic wire snapped, how to get it replaced?

Would like to know how to get TM to replace the damaged fiber optic wire. Suddenly lost connection and found one spot on the wire badly damaged not sure how, looks like something had a nibble. How much does TM charge for this?
Is it possible to buy the cable and fix it myself. Thanks. |

probably could get a similar wire from mr.diy for around 10 bucks.
if you dont have a mr.diy around you, any hadware store should have an easy replacement wire. just bring the old one as a reference |

You can wait for Unifi or buy your own. Use cable case or a water hose to protect your cable.

TM sent technician over, used something to bridge the broken section and left without charging even a cent. Is it possible to buy the cable and fix it myself. Thanks. Lol. Someone doesn't know the diff between lan and optic cable...
