 Uber ban me for unknown reasons.

Got ban by uber. Didnt know this till i had to send email asking why i cant login. Atleast they should inform by sms or email.
The reason they gave was:

Your account has been flagged for infringing activity and violating the terms and conditions of Uber so we have to lock your account for security reasons.
Our system found that your account has committed an offense by having some association with another account, especially between accounts rider and driver account. In our system you have violated the travel request, which indicated the achievement of the incentive for the driver.
We'll let you know when we would consider to activate your account.
Similarly, the information from us. If there is anything else you want to tell, please contact us again.

i replied them saying i have no idea about this. After a week they replied

Hi Venesh,

While we certainly appreciate you sharing your personal referral code with friends and family, after reviewing your account it appears the usage of this promo code violates Uber's Terms of Service. This promotion code is applicable to an invited user's first ride — it is not intended to be used by people signing up for multiple Uber accounts.

We won't be able to honor the value of the promotion, and your Uber account has been disabled.



what really happened ??

"In our system you have violated the travel request, which indicated the achievement of the incentive for the driver." - what they mean by this?
Using uber 4 times a week cause this issue ?

sometimes after booking, the driver disappears. i need to rate the driver two times.

Anyway i shifted to Grab now. Planning to change mobile too.
