 Infected iPod

My ipod got infected with a trojan horse. i think i cleared it with Symantec antivirus. Any more steps that should consider do to the ipod?

i would rescan the ipod with a stronger/potent antivirus again (e.g. Kapersky, NOD32), and then do a full restore to the ipod using Itunes. After that, scan again with the antivirus mentioned. If everything's alright, proceed normal usage.

my ipod got infected with some kind of "E:/rm/rm.exe" trojan. How do i remove this infection? i tried avg free, but no use.
