Name change Subsale Property, What do you have to change to your name?

Hi All,
I'm getting my keys sometime within this week or next. This is my first property There are some things that you have to change to your name after you purchase the property like TNB, Syabas, and etc. I would appreciate if someone could advise what needs to be changed to my name and what do I need to do.  Please forgive my ignorance as this is new to me and I couldn't find an answer online. Many Thanks!  |

Can I change the name for the following before I get the keys? (SnP signed)
1. Property Assessment Tax (Cukai Pintu) 2. Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah) 3. TNB 4. Syabas 5. Maintenance Fees (Condo) |
