Hello. Few weeks back I updated my laptop (ASUS TP300L) from Windows 8 to Windows 10. The issue now is, I can't adjust the brightness either using keyboard shortcut or option in setting. The screen currently at it's brightest lighting. I tried the solutions from Youtube but still the issue is not solved. Anyone here faced the same issue as mine? Can give some ideas please?

Most probably it is due to GPU driver, try remove using ddu and install it manually.

I have tried to uninstall the gpu drivers and redownload manually and install but still its not working. At last I reformatted the laptop due to stress. And the funny thing is it is working after I format. Weird to max

That's weird. Have this issue on my asus laptop before and did my research, so I tried uninstall the monitor driver which appears to be from teamviewer and it works

If you've upgraded to windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8.1 then it's worth it to do a clean install as the upgrade to window 10 could create problem in the future. Just download the utilities from asus website.
