QUOTE(joyboy@sky @ Nov 22 2016, 09:44 AM) Hello. Few weeks back I updated my laptop (ASUS TP300L) from Windows 8 to Windows 10. The issue now is, I can't adjust the brightness either using keyboard shortcut or option in setting. The screen currently at it's brightest lighting. I tried the solutions from Youtube but still the issue is not solved. Anyone here faced the same issue as mine? Can give some ideas please? Check monitor driver? Try uninstall it

QUOTE(joyboy@sky @ Nov 24 2016, 02:08 PM) I tried to do so for few times but no changes. Yesterday I'm so stressed and I formatted the laptop. Its working now. Weird. That's weird. Have this issue on my asus laptop before and did my research, so I tried uninstall the monitor driver which appears to be from teamviewer and it works

QUOTE(joyboy@sky @ Nov 24 2016, 06:02 PM) Very weird. Another mistake that I did is I clean Install the Windows which cause all the tools from Asus is deleted too. If you've upgraded to windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8.1 then it's worth it to do a clean install as the upgrade to window 10 could create problem in the future. Just download the utilities from asus website. This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Nov 24 2016, 08:09 PM
