QUOTE(ace-user @ Jan 6 2017, 03:26 PM) most ppl say it will chip, but i take my case off almost every day and my phone is still in perfect condition *touch wood, no chip whatsoever, hope it stays that way. Thanks for the suggestion. May I know how much does it cost to have it coated ??But still, i suggest u get a slim case, for minimum protection. |

Do you guys use "Raise to Wake" ?? and what about "Hey Siri" ? I turned on raise to wake but disabled Hey siri.
I personally really like the Raise to wake function as it allows me to quickly glance through my notification, time and date |

Guys, i am wondering do you guys charge your phone when it gets lower than 20% ? or whats your charging pattern??
I remembered i read somewhere it says that to preserve the battery health, it is good to charge it often (For eg 50% -> 100%) instead of draining it down to 20% always. What do you guys think?? And also what is the temperature of your battery? Mine is always around 34 degree Celcious. |

QUOTE(kuli2sahaja @ Jan 10 2017, 11:29 PM) Watched a video few days ago testing the so called "Sapphire Glass" of the IP7 camera on YT...and the verdict is that it is Sapphire just a very bad quality with lots of impurities therefore not scratch proof Yes I watched that video as well. But I guess in day to day use and with minimum precaustion, the glass should be able to sustain the scratch and won't cause any scratch.QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jan 11 2017, 12:52 AM) Thanks for your view bro. I do agree with you.QUOTE(PeeEl @ Jan 11 2017, 08:30 AM) Well, not knocking whoever posted earlier negatively on this, let me give my 5 Sen worth through experience, no less. I'll start by saying this first, there are people who like to apply Matte SP on their phones though that will somewhat deteriorate the image but to each his own. Thanks for your view. I appreciate your sharing with us. I've decided not to use protector for the lens in fear of a drop in photo quality. As for protector for Camera Lens, it has come a long way from the days of just normal plastic material which does not actually affect too much the photos taken unless and until it gets scratched. I have used those and now am using a TG one for my iP7 Plus. Have in fact tested before and after applying it and I can tell you the picture quality is not affected at all or at worst, very minimally, if you are out to find fault. But like the Matte SP application preference, to me and many others, I am sure, protection is the priority. And since, again I am talking through experience, it is not significantly adverse, why not? |

QUOTE(J shao @ Jan 11 2017, 02:58 PM) guys, feel that my iphone 7 last only half a day upon regular usage. What i notice under battery setting is that, there are whatsapp, facebook and so on running on background refresh. My question is, if i off those refresh functionality, would i still be able to receive notifications? Will that save some battery? Turn off background app refresh for app you don't need the notification for. In my case, I only leave it on for whatsapp whereas I turned it off for others like facebook.Meanwhile it seems home & lock screen also eating a part of the battery. Any ways to reduce it? Maybe i should off the raise to wake function? Sifu-sifu sekalian mind guide? Raise to wake is a good function and I don't think it will eat up a lot of your battery. |

QUOTE(vez @ Jan 11 2017, 10:27 PM) your phone have problem? Alright bro, i will keep monitor.notification is totally different with background app refresh... background app refresh is useful if you have google photo, uploading your photo and switch to other app, turn on background app refresh for google photo will continue uploading while not using google photo BTW, do you guys switch off all the apps in the switcher(or how do you call that by pressing home button twice) ? Is it good to delete all apps every night or i should just leave it as it is?? Sorry for the question as my previous phone Samsung Galaxy S5 requires me to close all apps to save battery |
