Anyone here having problem downloading apps? I am actually trying to download an app from appstore but it says "An iOS update is required" and iOS is already 10 and the app requires iOS 8.0 or later. Hmmm....

I noticed another thing happened. Not sure is the phone or the carrier is the problem. I have never gotten a full bar signal wherever I am. It's always 3 bar coverage when on 4G. I did not take note when it's on 3G or E. But so far internet and calling has been no issue. Is it normal? I'm on maxis btw.
