yes i agree, maybe you want to resell or rent out after 5-10 years, upcoming KL metropolis is a plus point for future appreciation.

MK pelangi, Palma & sophia are in proper MK address, but feel abit old to me... unless you can get those nicely renovated unit and you dont mind the common area looks old..

Maybe you should consider Gateway Kiaramas which is located further away @ Jalan Kiara 5.

There is bound to be reason why Kiaraville / Tiffani has some price premium over others. It's liquid and there are plenty of demands but supply is low. Getting a 1,200 sft or 1,600 in this 2 development is like a small fish in a big pond. Owner / tenant profile would be slightly different as compare to say those condo which consist of only small size units.

CK2 you would be easier to find good price unit due to more supply as it's all small size units.

what is the density for kiaraville again?
i remember the pool was pretty big but i also remember the number of units was pretty big.

tiffani, how's the facilities?

both these locations ain't too bad as well.

was told ayuria is also very good. wake up to mist hovering above the mountain filled with trees.

If possible I really want to avoid subsale that is more than 10 years, despite the maintenance is good. I am eyeing on Tiffani now laugh.gif

Wow. If that's true buying a property at early stage isn't always a good thing.
During soft launch everything was over million. Must have increased some other fees.

Kiaraville density = 404unit on 6.74 acres

60 units / acre

its very low comparing to surrounding development.
