Alright i drove to mont kiara today around 7:45pm, traffic was ok, better than the ldp which i used to suffer everyday.
Kiaraville is good but it's pricier than tiffani in terms of psf (asking price). Will try to research more. I also found that casa kiara 2 is a very decent choice. RM600psf can get, kickass pool and beside verve shops, not too old, low density and super high yield wow. |

Kiara 163 offer is the most suitable choice for my current situation but it might not suit for others, as there are things you need to commit as well. I did my homework before posting this thread.
