Actually i did take any raid just to reset my own 5*raid den that nobody join.

Not really a fan of digital version, but yeah Japanese copy is a bit expensive and they dont have steelcase copy.

Snorlax gmax raid is coming. Train fighting Pokemon. Seems there will be gmax event from time to time. Maybe we will get the rest of the Pokemon that were revealed by the miner as gmax event Pokemon.

Are those rare gmax raid hard to defeat? As in what will be the required level to actually succeed in one of the 5 star raid?

Ive only gotten my 1st badge xD Spent 9 hours with 57 pokemon caught

Mine almost lv60 all, but cant defeat 5* raids with random npc. Give up liao.

I memang dont expect solo player can defeat those rare 5 star gmax raids with NPCs only. Need to have real players.

So wondering if there are 4 players, what would the requirement like to have a chance of beating the gmax raid?

i will be travelling to Japan in 4 months time. maybe can help you get?


the snorlax gmax i think start 4th dec until 5th jan...seems to be a monthly event

The surprise trade? Ensure you click the + button for it to connect to the net, then click Surprise Trade. Will get a trade every 20-30 secs or so

gmax raid is not hard to defeat if you have at least 2-3 player, but anyhow hard to catch

by default its local communication. press + to connect to internet

Guys, for each element (fire, ice, etc), what are your top pokemon choices?

Hard to categorize since most are dual types.

Water = Gyrados.
Ice = Darmanitan or Eiscue
Dragon = Dragapult
Electric = Rotom wash
Ground = excadrill
Dark = Hydreigon
Fire = cinderace / arcanine / chandelure
Grass = Rillaboom/Ferrothorn
Ghost = mimikyu
Steel = Aegislash/lucario/duradulon
Fairy = togekiss
Rock = Tyranitar
Fighting = kommo-o/Sir fetch
Flying = Corviknight/Hawlucha
Psychic = Mew/rapidash
Poison = drapion. Will look for Toxapex with HA after the end game.
Bug = did not train any. But if I’ve to pick... orbeetle or centiskorch.
Normal = ditto

I’m just done with the 8th gym.
IV bred with the right egg moves, correct nature and EVs for all the Pokémon’s above. Average level 75 and above.
I think I’m over leveled.
