No wonder maxis still can survive..
Because the user have sentiment value & refused to port even it's more expensive
Hahaha... true before they offer free weekend data. Because the user have sentiment value & refused to port even it's more expensive
I ported out from Maxis 3 or 4 years ago due to me using 3G and their 3G suck. I went to Digi and it was ok ok at best, very good for certain places only. Moved to Celcom with First 38 and I'm impressed with the speed. It was serving me quite well in Kepong until their plan get outdated. Decided to port back to Maxis to try again. I think Maxis has improved somewhat compared to when I first ported out. They may not win the Speedtest result, but definitely more stable overall. Besides they do have better offering when it comes to free data. They don't split it and only require 4G. Maxis has been doing 4G way back than any of its competitors. Since I got myself a 4G phone last year, I don't really hate them as much. When I was having problem with their 3G, my wife iPhone 5 4G was already flying. So you do have to hate them for moving most of their bandwidth over to 4G.
