IMHO; amongst the pictures of the terrace houses above; Cradleton looks way better... landscaping inside the precint; EW can buck up a lil' I guess... they can put those small lights to shine at the tree at night... classic (EW staff, pls take note yea)

I believe there is no major problems only lack of efforts here and there.
Disappointment maybe because we thought EW wanna to be somebody that they keep showing everybody they are. If we take them like nobody from the first day, there would not be any disappointment.

Disappointment is they spending way too much on their face more than looking inside into what they plan to delivery.

Gentlebre video, entrance driveway and so called ew's DNA (roundabout), fast forwarded x20 times in the video until you see nothing. If they are nice I as assume they would slow motion not fast forward.

How many times they been promoting their EW's DNA? If the DNA can fail, what would not happen.

Just lower expectations on EW and trust no on their ambition. Then everything are fine.

I would understand that the back lane needs authorities approval for the planter boxes as the back lane cannot be block due to access path way for emergency in case of fire....but come on...at least can plant some flowers at the back lane.....

The pics you posted for the planter box is not for the back lane as your pic planter boxes is the side lane of the houses.....side lane is much wider than the back lane....

If the back lane is as such....don't think you will even want to walk on the back lane...not to mentioned even want to cycle on it...I would rather walk and cycle outside the perimeter of the precinct where I can get the atas feel but this will defeat the point that the inside precinct is only so so only...sigh....so the parents will need to waste some time to walk the kids out of the perimeter fencing to get the atas feel but don't forget the atas feel is accessible by the public and there may be security risks involved wth the kids....

6 guards minimum, 3 guards two shifts. Need at least two at entrance when one is patrolling. I think first year would have 8 guards, until we not afford then reduce to 6.

At first we thought something similar to the models house/images in their ipad but already gone. (even the huge bird eye EM township models in.sales gallery currently, Cradleton backlane are garden).

After that we judge based on their high commitment that they will materialised those artists impression. The actual delivery are based on the artist impression.
Based on this, we have our buyer handbook with backlane pictures. Sam-Gor shared yesterday.

90% of the staffs (if not 100%) we met doesn't know what is happening on Cradleton backlane, no buyers would know.

Not only backlane, the entrance driveway and rounabout also nobody know what's happening everytime I visit, I asked.

You asked water features, they say no. Then you argue with your handbook design. They will says "oh, if it's in your handbook then yes."
How, irresponsible.

Not sure how they will answer if you ask now, I have not visit for many many months.

This one I agree leh. Bicycle lane seems like a "waste" since Cradleton only have 15 feet backlane.
