Country Garden go all out with their landscaping. Probably have a big budget to do so. Lanscaping work even at their resort in Forest City in Johor looks good too. Malaysian developers, not only EW, should follow their footsteps if they really wanna promote and market their "garden"/"park"/"green" concepts |

Man...such a fiery thread. Lol Anyway i'm in the opinion that the importance should be put on the quality of the house units itself. Backlane or landscape are secondary issues. Sure, some purchasers will be very disappointed that what was marketed didn't materialize but don't think it should be the main concerns. Anyway, opinion only. No need to shoot with shotgun  |
