From those photo, really do not feel impression like what they show in house model. I feel SEH p3 & p2 look much nicer. Even my fren who collected Vpe land from gentlebre also feel regret as they paid premium price but end product cant fight with SEH p2 (Arroyo Garden).

Ya..i think so as my fren say they wont buy EM product again. If they able to get arroyo garden on tat time, they wont buy at gentlebre. Who know pay more but get product which cant compare v arroyo garden.

Outside precinct can impressed new buyer who consider to bought property from them. In precinct, you already paid for the price and get what u supposed to get as mentioned by SA. I feel ew SA cant use this kind of execute.

Actually both Arroyo Garden/Gentlebre also need to pay for maintenance fee so no much difference. Just my fren have high expectation on Gentlebre since the price is much higher than Arroyo Garden and they also saw different type of tree provided to different type of buyer. This is why they feel very unhappy when visit the vpe land.

Condo need maintain swimming pool and required higher maintenance fee to maintain the whole area. But i feel the reasonable rate for landed property should be between RM0.15 to RM0.20 psf.

Sam gor,..tat photo show by Director Xavi V is belong to Paragon 150 at Seri Kembangan but the actual product is look quite awful compare with artist impression.

I think EW try to move those landscape like lake which required high maintenance cost out of compound area except for Gentlebre which under individual titles with DMC. In fact, condo also required quite a lot of guards as landed property too as they need patrol to every floor by using their leg instead of motor like landed property.

I think cannot escape after tree grow up. It is quite stupid to plant a tree in between while the backlane is damn narrow. This project already get vpe as my uncle already on the way to do renovation. Artist Impression & Actual environment really much different.

sam gor, SEH p3 & EM is different of land titled. SEH p3 is individual titles so SP do not required to use psf to calculate the maintenance fee but EM is required to do so due to strate titled act.

Although all the ppl say EW is the old folks which proven in SPS and bring over SPS genetic to EW but it look like no fully migrate over all the genetic. For ppl who attend the cny garden tours before at SEH, SEH GM keep mentioning to buyer that they will get what they see in promotional video and even tell to his landscaping guy need to do better landscaping than promotional video in front of public ppl. Fairly I do not see any EW management to give this kind of assurance to their buyer.

I think everyone want EW to be perfect but in fact hard to be perfect. If everyone lower down their expectation. then should be feel better. EW has done quite good job compare with a lot of developer.
