I think its because some buyers ask the SA...heh the back lane looks marvelous and will I as purchaser get this kind of back lane n the SA said what u see is what u get....

For the other buyers that did not ask the back lane so the SA did not say anything...don't ask then SA just kept quiet.....I did ask n they did mentioned to me its a garden at the back of the hse and EW houses will not be like the other old houses last time .....not that I believe the SA as I do know what is not in the S&P the developer is not oblige on anything.......

We don't talk about the above, what about the person who promised that all the trees will be deliver as per the brochure...will not this stand as misrepresentation...but u guys will say ..handover then only will upkeep further (this will depend on the maintenance and sinking funds collected and if low on this as if no money can spent further to upgrade for your prescient as ur own prescient funds is what u spent to upkeep urself)....as if developer will....cash and carry gone and forget if u try to return the goods...
