I'd thought of gathering the buyers (perhaps my Tenderfields precint) and initiate a meet-up session with EM Mgmt but I'm still thinking of whether there is such a need at the moment, and the timing as well. Anyway, if this is to be done, I think what needs to be done is to ensure only genuine buyers are in.

Haha... it's still fine. Whatever it's I will still try to keep close touch with EM/EW with feedback or suggestions constantly. Having said that, if I think there is a need to act then will not hesitate about it.

This thread has turned sensationalized and emotionalized already... and attract unnecessary troll from pathetic joker(s) - though it has no bearing on my life but its presence is like seeing lalat flying around... lol.

We need the initiator (initiator can be verified by subsequent joiner), of course, buyers who are active in forum.
This is just my two cent, you may not agree and is your choice but do tag me in as I'm also interested to voice out my concern on the issues of Cradleton. (Sorry for other prescint, we need to take care our own prescint first of course)

Bro, if I don't respect your concern as a buyer here, I would have interrupted you or argue or ignored you (like I never bothered to entertain the pathetic joker)... whatever you name it. Anyway, my thinking / approach is different and to avoid further heating up the already hot situation, I only voiced out my views sparingly. I believe EM do note about the conversations / concerns in the forum - but how do we know whether they have taken / will take action? Whether it's already in the plan but just yet to be executed? Whether they really don't want to change at all - because couldn't be bothered? Because some practical issues? Because some reasons that I couldn't even think of? There are too many possibilities. How would we expect them to give an answer without talking? Rather than speculating and keep on writing thesis in the forum and sensationalize it with the hope EM will listen and act on it, why not taking a pro-active approach to talk to them? Since 1 buyer talking may not have the impact, what if there are more gather together? That's the reason why I put the "neighbour list" at the 1st post - for ease of communication with your neighbours / other buyers. Indeed I suggested so earlier. My view is simple - talk to them in group and see what's the explanation. From the outcome then strategize accordingly. We don't need to be hostile from the very beginning. If things really turn out very bad then perhaps move on to next step to escalate the matters - and of course through media is always one of the option.

Again, different people has different opinion and different approach. I may not agree with you but I respect your rights as a buyer here.

And one last thing - just ignore the pathetic joker lah...

One thing here want to highlight, though not the focus of the discussion- DMC even if not stamped is still a legal binding doc and enforceable. The diff is it's not admissible to court if not stamped.

Samkor, I refer to SMA Section 70. By-laws for regulation of subdivided building or land

Based on the above, my interpretation is that there is no DMC to be signed between the subsale buyer and developer or MC as the prevailing DMC then shall be enforceable against the new owner.
