SEH 1 already vped & I haven't heard of any serious water shortages. I guess not all areas in Semenyih/Beranang corridor r equally affected, or perhaps SPS & EW doing better job in managing the water supply.

Individual-titled development standard development period is 2 years but can get approval for extension of time.  For SH, not sure the approval was obtained beforehand (ie before launched) or during construction stage.  Anyway, afaik if extension of time is granted, then no LAD incurred so long as delivery happen before the extended time due.

Starta Title are to paid by residents.

Normal G&G only pay for guards.

Would it be possible that many buyers don't even know what is Strata Tittle when when they buy?

If so, high chance of low collection rate.

Actually I don't understand how it works.

Setia Ecohill Precinct 3 is invidual title. However for one row of SemiD units, they are attached together with the zero-lot bungalow.

Both SemiD and Zero-lot bungalow have 10 feet of land at the back and they are connected directly without any backlane.

Then like this how ar?   

Only let fireman to access or must let fire engine to access?   

If like that why must set at least 20 feet backlane, 5 feet can liao lah..   

I still believe it is because fire engine needs to be able to access, because they might be a need to have extended ladder in extigushing the fire.
