To be very honest, the approach to mental care here in malaysia still has much to improve. Most people, professionals and general public alike, look at it like a physical sickness which can be cured with pills. Matter of fact its a combination of care & medication, in fact more the former once the initial symptoms have come under control.

I say this because you can get pretty good medication etc from our hospitals, but the care side must come from family. Otherwise its a tough spot, and quickly becomes and endless cycle of episodes.
