Got a question here. This started over the weekend (Sat nite) - when I connect to a so called good IP, its beautiful within the 1st five minutes. 400 - 500ms. After that, it somehow degrades to 600, then 800, then 1K, then 1.2K, etc. My guildies tell me its packet loss. This is happening not only on good (218.111.x.x / 60.48.x.x) and bad (219.95.x.x / 60.50.x.x) IPs for me.

1. How the hell do I avoid / fix this?

2. Will getting a fixed IP help solve this problem once and for all?
