SS2 PJ
For the past 1 month ++ I've been playing WoW on US:Gorgonnash, this is what I've been getting:
60.51.x.x 60.52.x.x 60.53.x.x generally good, below 800 ms, as low as 240 ms on 60.51.x.x lastnight! I generally reboot router modem a million times to get on these IP ranges :/
218.111.x.x - 1k++ to 2k++ 218.x.x - sucks as above 60.50.x.x and 60.49.x.x - 900ms to nearly 2k ms
Sigh.

QUOTE(myremi @ Jun 12 2007, 12:47 PM) raydenex, u're probably in one of the areas where 60.52 doesn't lag at all. that one is damn slow for most areas. I guess I spoke too soon anyway, got on 60.52.x.x earlier this afternoon and it was constant 1100ms to 1500ms. Double Sigh.

QUOTE(DracoEvo @ Jun 12 2007, 02:36 PM) How about streamyx 4mbps? Did anyone using it before? How fast is latency? I think what package you're on has nothing to do with TM's own physical links to overseas. Doesn't mean you subscribe 4mbps package TM put you on some privileged dedicated pipeline to US. Or permanently assign you an IP range that has consistent 50ms latency to any online game. Just won't happen. Not this lifetime. At CSC where I work, we're on VPN to CSC's network in Aust. Generally my connection to anything in the States is good. Too bad can't WoW here Our IPs are 20.195.x.x and others in 20.x range.

Weirdly enough, recently all the IP ranges I get assigned in SS2 are working great.. 300 to 500ms latency.
These include 60.49 , 60.50 , 60.53 , 218.111
Weird eh
