Mostly, its given by the servers. For example, Penang one mostly given by Brickfield Servers. Well, I dont see mine as a problem. Cause Im the only one using in the country side of Penang.

Hmm. Have anyone notice that certain ip like 60.51.x.x or 60.53.x.x is connected slower then 124.82.x.x to US or other countries.
