Use Trace route and report to them. I've found out that only certain areas are affected, other streamyx users are still fine with WoW. There can be many reasons;

1. These certain areas are congested and surgical separation or automatic rerouting is occuring. We're currently using backup routing with 17 hops to reach any WoW server (previously 11 hops).

2. Everywhere is congested - certain areas are given priorities and the others aren't.

Most likely, it's #2 because TM/Streamyx has done so before in the past.

With the new 4mbps being promoted like a cheap prostitute, the 512/1mb will be given the lowest quality of service whereby customers will be forced to upgrade. This is how the Tech industry works and Streamyx is running out of options and new subscribers.

I won't be the least bit surprised if this becomes the permanent arrangement for non-corporate subscribers, who tends to be ever so quiet when it comes to lodging official complaints.
