Slow IP Connection
IP Number: 219.XXX or any 2 series line.. Latency reach 4K minimum.

Latest: Last 2 days, latency on the fast IP connection is roughly 20K ms cause me to dc every time I log in. Slow IP is triple that amount and practically cannot do anything, just waiting to be dc after 5 minutes of no action.
