Anyone here from Genting Klang area could try tracert to WoW or let me know your latency plus your streamyx package? Im getting humorous ping and as always, Streamyx could only assist me via reading thru the manual book that probly was meant for dummies. I wanna do a comparison before bombarding them another time.

I just tried to ping to Jubei'thos again (12.129.225.103) an I get an average of 290ms. However, it's totally the different story when Im in game as I'm getting about 2.5-4k ms. Anybody in particular hv any sort of idea regarding my issue?

Right. So I did scan my pc yesterday and yeah, no threats found or whatsoever. Did defragment my hdd after that and same problem. Did some ping test to several other websites (ie Google/youtube etc) and google came back w about 65ms average and youtube 150ms average. Couple other ping test on other websites such as DA, yahoo etc came back normal w most below the average of 300ms. Except for WoW which I get timed out on all 4 tries and tracert returns negative as well. Everything else works fine except WoW. This is truly frustrating and I've tried all I could (at least I thought I did) but nothing really works.

I'm starting to believe that it's the IP range that cause all this (I could only get 118.xxx and 125.xxx range) and both doesn't vary that much in terms of latency. I felt as if I'm pushed to make a decision whether to keep pushing my luck and keep paying that subscription fee which I consider as wasted for the past 4 months or so; or quit.

So I kindly appreciate anyone who might have any idea or whatsoever.

My current report is about 3weeks old now.. gonna hit its 1mth birthday soon. I just got off the phone w another tech supervisor last night (probly the 6th one; if they are really tech supervisor pfft) and same sort of conversation over and over again. Hand out ultimatum and hopefully, a miracle will happen of some sort =/

Well aft about a mth of pending report that they claimed to already be passed on to a 'special team' or whatsoever, I finally reach my limit and then straight call them up like 10 times a day, act like a barbarian and the next day someone came to my place. But no, that doesn't do anything good as well since that jerk basically just came in to 'look' and tell some obvious facts. Speechless really. But one good thing that they did was to fix the lines since according to them, TM technician who fixed my phone line brought up 2 wires while I only need 1. So yeah, they took off 1 and no more DC after 5mins thingy, although the latency still drives me mad.
